Longest run is 6 miles, usually the route is less.There is always a shorter option, walking and jogging if necessary.
8 Mar
The Lido – 5k Christmas Cracker Chase, timed, maybe with a staggered start.
15 Mar
Davison – over Ham Bridge and on to Broadwater, not the winter 9 this time.
22 Mar
George V Avenue – meet on the seafront at the bottom. Jog to warm up, intervals round Marine Gardens and cool down.
29 Mar
Lancing, Beach Green car park – Along the Widewater, peel back to re-group and then on to the houseboats or back.
5 April
Easter Monday – Bank Holiday
12 April
Shoreham Airport (park in the Cecil Pashley Way car park). River run to Cuckoo Corner or the Botolphs bridge.
19 April
Worlds End (the pub near Patching Pond on the old Arundel Road, please park right at the back of the car park). Go find bluebells!
26 April
Honeysuckle Lane, High Salvington (top of Salvington Hill, the car park gets full so please share lifts). Go find more bluebells.

May Day – Bank Holiday

The Fox (the next pub along from Worlds End) Last chance to find bluebells.
17 May
Aldsworth Ave/Wadhurst Drive (park as near to the junction as possible). Mary & Carol’s birthday cake run. Probably over Highdown and back along Ilex Way, then to Mary’s for coffee and cake.
24 May
Swanbourne Lake, Arundel (enter Arundel from A27 and take road to castle entrance, keep going and park opposite the gate to the lake, just round the bend). Up the river to South Stoke and back through the Arundel Park.

Spring Bank Holiday
7 June
Davison– Planning meeting followed by 5k timed run.
14 June
Walberton (turn south off the A27 down the Yapton Road B2132 or come up from Yapton. Follow signs to the Village Hall and park in the car park). Flat 6m run though woods and across fields, with more than one short cut option.
21 June
Storrington Rise, Findon (head up the Findon Road, turn right into Maytree Ave just before Bost Hill, bear left and follow the P signs to the car park). Run around Rogers Farm.
28 June
Sandhill Lane (head north up A24, turn right at Washington roundabout, Sandhill Lane is immediately on the left). Buncton and lower slopes of Chanctonbury is 5m, short course, which is almost totally flat and off-road will turn before Wiston and return.
