Arundel – Over the bridge, turn right. Park in the car park which is free after 6 pm. Run around the town…..could be a few hills.....will be a few hills!

12 Dec
Adur Recreation Ground – look for lights, Christmas lights, houseboats, Shoreham Beach and back through the town.

19 Dec
Davison Leisure Centre – tinsel and turkey run through the town but with mulled wine and mince pies instead of turkey – wearing your tinsel of course.

9th Jan. After Christmas meal. Casa Ciro. Marine Parade. Meet at 7 for 7.30 meal.

16th Jan. Meet at Goring Station for a run round the streets.

23rd Jan. Davison. Jog to The Lido. Run the CCC 5k course at your chosen pace. Jog back to Davison as a group.

30th Jan. Sea Lane Cafe. Timed run. Let Carol know if you want to learn timing.

6th Feb. Shoreham Community Centre Car Park, Pond Lane. Take A259 to Shoreham, through High Street, turn left up John Street (just after The Original Factory Shop) turn right at the top, car park is on your left. Free after 5 pm.
Run through the town and the Ropetackle.

13th Feb. Broadwater Green. Meet bottom end of the green, opposite Fire Station for a Sonia amble.

20th Feb. On the promenade at the bottom of Grand Avenue. Lamp posting session, with as much or little effort as you choose.

27th Feb. Sainsbury's Rustington. Jane's run, with a shorter option.

5th March. Davison. AGM. Planning meeting. Short run after.

12th March. Tesco Durrington. Park near the new Community Centre. Find some hills.

19th March. Stoke Abbot Road car park. Loopy run. A short main route with add-ons for those who want a longer option.

26th March. Beach Green Lancing. Widewater & Shoreham Beach if light enough/ Industrial Estate & Old Salts if not.
2nd April Early Years Car Park near Thomas A Becket cross roads. Easter Egg run.
