· I apply to join Worthing Running Sisters for the period ending 31 March 2012
· I acknowledge that I agree with the aims and objectives of Worthing Running Sisters and that membership of the group will require payment of a subscription, currently £5.00, which I enclose. (make any cheque payable to Worthing Running Sisters)
· I understand that an additional £5.00 is payable if I require an England Athletics Competition Licence.
· I recognise that members of the group are not qualified coaches or trainers, but merely enthusiastic amateurs willing to share their experience and enjoyment of the sport with me.
· I confirm that I understand that participation in the group’s activities is entirely at my own risk and that I should consult my doctor if suffering from any condition that might make running injurious to my health.
