Worthing Running Sisters Calendar - March to June 2018
We meet at 7pm Monday evenings. Our longest run can be 9 miles, most are less, with the option of a shorter run if someone is willing to lead it. Please be aware of uneven ground while we are running off road. Michele will advise when the walking group will be meeting. Please let her know if you are hoping to join her any time. Volunteer leaders welcome to take any walk or run.
12th March. Meet at Busy Bee car park North of Thomas A Becket. Tarring Twiddle.
19th March. Meet at Stoke Abbott Road car park for the loopy run.
26th March. Meet on the prom at south end of George V Avenue. Run the second half of the CCC route. Add on the prom section after for a longer option.
2nd April. Easter Monday. Meet at the car park just beyond the Spotted Cow Angmering. Run over Highdown. Bring head torch if you want a longer run.
9th April. Meet at Sea Lane Café for the Rife run.
16th April. Meet at World’s End. Please park in the road or layby not in the pub car park. Hope to find bluebells.
23rd April. Meet at The Fox . Park in the road not the pub car park. More bluebells.
30th April. Meet at Honeysuckle Lane car park. More bluebells.
7th May. Bank Holiday. Meet at the Fox again, please remember to park in the road. Bluebells to be enjoyed
14th May. Meet in Downside,Shoreham, north of Buckingham Park. Run over Mill Hill to Erringham Farm.
21st May. Meet at Sainsbury’s Lyons Farm, far end of the car park near the recycling facility, for Cissbury run. Various options.
28th May. Bank Holiday. Meet at Sea Lane café for The Rife run.
4th June. Meet at Sainsbury’s Rustington car park, uncovered section, for run towards Poling.
11th June. The Spring 9. Meet in Adur rec car park, just before The Norfolk Bridge. Run to Bramber along the riverbank and back on Coastal Path. . Shorter options too.
18th June. Planning meeting at Davison’s followed by outdoor gym session in Homefield Park or on the prom.
25th June. Meet at Arundel just beyond Swanbourne Lake, on opposite side of road. Run along the river to South Stoke and return via Arundel Park.
